  • Yes, our showroom & warehouse address is:
    5 Alfred St, Blackburn VIC 3130
    Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm.

    You are welcome to drop by, it’d be best if you call in to let us know first.

  • No, once you registered a Muse Account, you will be eligible to order as many items as you’d like in wholesale price.

    However, we do have a minimum purchase amount of $300 AUD on our online wholesale store.

  • We can source and make products specifically for your needs, such as uniquely designed iron/stainless steel backdrop, customised neon signs. Please contact us with your detailed enquires. Minimum order quantities and lead times apply.

  • Yes, register a Muse Account will give you access to our full product range and easily shop all collections with wholesale price.

  • We will happily accept the following as payment methods:

    Cash (In-store purchase)

    Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard

    We do not accept cheques & American Express cards.

  • As we are an online business, we prefer all orders to be placed through our website. This is the fastest option as it sends your order directly to our warehouse for shipping.

    If you have specific needs that you’d like to discuss with us beforehand, you are also welcome to give us a call or visit our showroom and place order in person.

  • Yes, as long as we haven't shipped it yet. We generally process orders very quickly so if you need to cancel an order, please call or email us as soon as possible!

    If your order has already been shipped, please refuse delivery (do not sign) for it to be returned to us. When we receive it, we will refund your order, minus shipping fees.

  • If you've made a calculation error or forgotten to add something, please call or email us ASAP.

    In cases where we have already shipped your items then you will need to create a new order.

  • We have a 14 days return policy for customers with a valid invoice and products are still in their original package. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Delivery

  • Due to the heavy and oversized nature of some products, shipping fees can vary significantly with different product combinations and carrier. We don’t want our customers to overpay for unnecessary shipping fees, we will provide a specific shipping quote and method to you based on your orders and needs.

  • Once you’ve submitted and paid for your order, we will contact you via email or phone with a shipping quote and estimated delivery days. Once you are happy with it, our staff will then proceed to pack and ship your oder.

  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • Yes. Please select the option to pick up your order once you are at checkout. You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for pickup. Upon pick up, please bring your invoice for confirmation.

    For same day pickup, please call our staff at the warehouse first to see if that’s possible.

  • If there are missing goods or mistaken items on your recent order, please get in touch with us within 2 business days of delivery. As part of company policy, we will investigate your order and strive to resolve the issue within 48 hours. 

  • We currently do not export directly to any international destinations. 

    We also offer Australia nation-wide shipping only.
