We do not exchange, refund or credit for incorrect selection/change of mind.
Any goods purchased from Miuus Trading Pty Ltd may only be returned or claimed if found to be severely damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. We only accept returns that have been discussed and authorised by Miuus Head Office and are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Notification of a claim must be made by email/fax along with the images to head office. Failure to claim within this period constitutes full acceptance of the goods. The goods must be in their original packaging in which they were shipped when returning goods, after authorisation has been given.
Customers are responsible for all freight costs when returning non- damaged, perfect quality or correctly supplied goods and all returns must be sent to Miuus (Head Office/Warehouse) in Notting Hill, VIC complete with authorization.
Miuus Trading Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a credit for returned goods found NOT to be in perfect order and without authorization. NO Credit’s, Return’s or Exchange are offered on sale items. Miuus sales representatives will not accept return of claimed goods unless authorization from Miuus Trading head office is given.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Miuus error, Miuus may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

Return/Exchange Policy Criteria:
To be eligible for a return,
Your goods must be unused and in saleable condition.
All goods must be in original packaging, with labels and hang tags attached.
A valid invoice showing the purchase of the goods.
**Exceptions
We will be unable to provide a refund or exchange on:
Custom made and personalised products (eg. custom designed neon signs).
Clearance, final sales items.
Goods used or damaged by the returning customer or items going missing on return shipping.
We will also NOT be able to accept returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases on products, even if they have not been opened or used at an event.
Return/Exchange Process:
Email miuustrading@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, with your invoice attached. Please also attach photo of missing/damaged item (if possible) as a proof.
Our customer service team will contact you asap about possible resolutions.
For incorrect items, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for you. In all other cases, customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
