This website is run by Miuus Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 63 650 7906 782).  Please read our terms & conditions carefully.  As by entering to or ordering from this website you are deemed to have accepted these conditions. These Terms and Conditions bound to all Miuus Trading Pty Ltd transactions incorporating but not limited to online, fax, phone, agent, trade fair and email ordering.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms & Conditions at any time simply by posting the amended terms on our site. Any changes made will be effective immediately after they are posted. The Terms and Conditions explained here in are governed by the applicable statutory rules and regulations enforced by the Federal Government of Australia and the applicable State Government of the user purchasing the goods.

When using our website, you are deemed to agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the website’s registration form.  To register you must provide your real name and email address. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete;  or  Miuus Trading Pty Ltd has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Miuus Trading Pty Ltd the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website or any portion thereof.

Further, if you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information provided and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Pricing

All pricing on Miuus Trading Pty Ltd website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST. Prices shown were deemed correct at the time of showing.  However, errors and omissions, fluctuating currencies and other factors may occur so we reserve the right to make changes of prices and product specifications at any time without prior notice.

Products

Every effort has been taken to display as accurately as possible product descriptions, dimensions and colour finishes on this website. The actual colours you see will depend on your computer/monitor and Miuus Trading Pty Ltd does not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour is true and accurate.

Returns & Credits

1. We do not exchange, refund or credit for incorrect selection. Any goods purchased from Miuus Trading Pty Ltd may only be returned or claimed if found to be damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.  We only accepted if authorised by Miuus Head Office and are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Notification of a claim must be made by email/fax along with the images to head office. Failure to claim within this period constitutes full acceptance of the goods. The goods must be in their original packaging in which they were shipped when returning goods, after authorisation has been given. Customers are responsible for all freight costs when returning non- damaged, perfect quality or correctly supplied goods and all returns must be sent to Miuus (Head Office/Warehouse) in Melbourne complete with authorization.  Miuus Trading Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a credit for returned goods found NOT to be in perfect order and without authorization.  NO Credit’s, Return’s or Exchange are offered on sale items.  Miuus sales representatives will not accept return of claimed goods unless authorization from Miuus Trading head office is given.

2. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Miuus error, Miuus may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

Delivery

All orders are subject to a Freight charge.  Freight is calculated on the size and weight of the consignment (whichever is greater, cubic or weight measurement).  All orders will be dispatched approximately 1 – 5 working days from receipt of order subject to the availability of products ordered.

Miuus Trading Pty Ltd sends all orders via a common carrier to ensure fast & safe delivery. All orders both domestic and international MUST be delivered to a business address.
A non-negotiable condition of all deliveries to residential addresses is that they are sent with ‘Authority To Leave’ if no-one home. Once the courier has delivered the goods, we will have no further responsibility for their loss or damage here after.
For all deliveries detailed above it is the responsibility of the customer to check that all cartons are accounted for before signing for the delivery. A signed “Proof of Delivery” (POD) will be used to determine the delivery of an order. Miuus Trading Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for goods that are misplaced after they have been delivered and signed for including residential deliveries.

If you wish to use your own courier please advise upon receipt of order. We will simply liaise with your courier regarding pick-up of the order from our warehouse.  Once we have delivered goods to your courier or they have picked the goods up, we will have no further responsibility for their loss or damage whilst in transit.

Deliveries to most Capital cities in Australia take approximately 2-4 working days. For urgent delivery requests please note that Miuus Trading Pty Ltd will make effort to dispatch orders on time, however we can’t guarantee the nominated freight company will deliver on time as requested. We are also unable to request the courier to call before delivery. Please understand that as we use a third party for deliveries we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date, once the goods leave our premises, circumstances may arise which are outside of our control. Please call us if you have not received your order within 7 working days of placing your order or if you have any concerns at all.

Miuus Trading Pty Ltd will keep the customer information safely, and will not disclose your personal details to any third party organisations or individuals, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.
